Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.
  • Returned in the original packaging where possible.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Products returned without prior contact.
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
