1. How long will shipping take?
We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 8–12 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that shipping times may vary slightly during peak seasons, holidays, or due to courier delays. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
2. Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Your satisfaction is important to us.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
Please note:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition where applicable.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once approved.
- Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
- We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases after an order has been shipped.
